Drake makes history as the longest charting artist on the Top 10 of Billboard Hot 100

In a historic achievement, Canadian rap icon Drake has become the first artist in history to spend a cumulative 400 weeks in the top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100.
This latest milestone is driven in part by the massive success of his 2025 hit single “Nokia,” which has maintained a strong presence in the Hot 100’s top tier for several weeks.
The track was also spotlighted by Spotify as one of the Songs of the Summer 2025, underscoring its cultural impact and global reach.
Drake has been in a record-breaking groove throughout 2025. Earlier this year, he added two more tracks to his growing list of Diamond-certified singles. “Hold On, We’re Going Home” and “Best I Ever Had” both surpassed 10 million units sold in the U.S., cementing his place as the artist with the most RIAA-certified Diamond records to date.
He also made history as the first artist to reach 500 million RIAA certification units, a cumulative total of all his certified digital and physical singles and albums in the United States.
Additionally, Drake recently surpassed The Beatles for the most cumulative weeks on the Billboard 200, further solidifying his place as one of the most dominant figures in the history of popular music.
These landmark feats highlight Drake’s unparalleled consistency, commercial dominance, and influence across global music markets, especially in the U.S., where he continues to reshape chart history.
