The wait is over and the time is finally here for UK-based Nigerian AfroPop star MOELOGO to proudly unveil his hugely anticipated and long awaited debut EP Moelogo: Music Is My Name, Music Is My Logo officially via 233 Connect. Coming off the back of his stellar 2013 singles, “Pangolo Remix” featuring DRB LasGidi and the Fuse ODG collaboration “Give Them What They Want”, the anticipation for this record from Moelogo has been at fever pitch and has come very highly recommended…

From the jump, Moelogo lays down the gauntlet with a massive statement of intent with the EP’s first track “Mo Ti Gbe De” featuring UK Rap veteran Fem Fel as he proclaims that he has brought that good music to the scene over the piano-driven ColdKeyz-produced musical backdrop… And good music is exactly what Moelogo delivers all over this 8-track EP with other highlights of the Moelogo EP including the Bayoz Muzik-produced “Dem Girls” featuring Mista Silva and “Lemme Show You” featuring Dee Moneey among several stand-out songs.

Aptly titled Moelogo: Moe Is My Name, Music Is My Logo and featuring hit single “Pangolo” and fan favourite “Mary J” along with some of the freshest new music you will hear in 2013, Moelogo has worked closely with critically acclaimed producers Bayoz Muzik and Coldkeyz to create an essential debut record while also collaborating with some of the finest artists from across the continent to give fans, audiences and critics alike, some very excellent Nigerian, AfroPop & Afrobeats music for the ages.
