Renowned Nigerian producer and music executive Don Jazzy has once again shown why he’s loved by many, following a heart-melting act of generosity on social media that saw him gift a fan a staggering ₦6 million during a lighthearted exchange on X (formerly Twitter).
The touching moment unfolded when a user posted a tweet urging people to tag celebrities who might bless them with ₦1 million. A hopeful fan, @PopoolaJoke4, tagged Don Jazzy — and to her amazement, the Mavin Records boss swiftly responded by sending her ₦1 million.
Overjoyed, the fan posted a screenshot of her credited account, gushing in disbelief: “Jesuuuuuusssssssss, this is huge. Thank you so much for your incredible generosity @DONJAZZY.”
But Don Jazzy didn’t stop there. Upon seeing that her balance before his transfer was just ₦67, he decided to go further — adding another ₦5 million to her account. In his signature humorous and warm tone, he said, “Amen ooo. That your Akant balance is not healthy. I don add another 5 million. More blessings ma.”
The fan, overwhelmed by the unexpected windfall, returned to social media to shower him with heartfelt prayers: “Oluwa oo. I am deeply grateful for this extraordinary blessing. May the Almighty who used you to lift me up reward you beyond measure.”
