Don Jazzy finally breaks silence on Mohbad’s demise

Following the passing of singer Mohbad, music producer Don Jazzy from Nigeria has spoken out.

On September 21, 2023, Don Jazzy shared a message on his official Instagram page expressing his sorrow on Mohbad’s passing.

On September 12, 2023, Mohbad died away in questionable circumstances at the age of 27. The following day, September 12, he was buried. Nigerians sought an autopsy after shocking disclosures about how Sam Larry, Naira Marley’s best friend, had tormented and attacked the victim.

Don Jazzy remarked that Mohbad didn’t deserve to endure all the suffering he underwent before to passing away. His words capture the grief and shock that many in the Nigerian music scene and outside are experiencing as a result of Mohbad’s tragic departure.

He wrote; “It’s heartbreaking that you are not here to witness all this love the world is showing. You did not deserve to go through all that pain. We pray you Rest in peace. You will forever be in our hearts imole. 💡 #Mohbad”
