Dj Cuppy blasts fans who criticize her music.

The music producer made this known in an interview with BBC News Pidgin
The Popular Nigerian disc jockey, Florence Ifeoluwa Otedola, known professionally as DJ Cuppy, has slammed fans who criticize her for her music.
Cuppy has said that people criticising her for going to music are free to listen to other artists.
She expressed this in a recent interview with BBC News Pidgin, while also mentioning that she has several challenges which fans and critics are unaware of.
She said that people think she is enjoying life simply because she’s the daughter of billionaire, Femi Otedola, but they do not understand her struggles.
The Gelato hitmaker stated that her experience as a female DJ in Nigeria is a daily challenge as people keep criticising her, but she believes in doing what she loves.

The music producer said that what motivates her to keep going is the young people in Nigeria, such that she can create opportunities for the many unemployed youths.
Cuppy also sent a message to those who tell her to stop singing, in which she stated that none of them is forced to listen to her.
She said:
”I just dey do wetin I want to do, we get plenty artiste for Nigeria, you fit listen to their music”,.
