DJ Cuppy shared what inspired her latest single, “Jollof on the Jet”.
During an interview, DJ Cuppy said her new song “Jollof on the Jet” was inspired by a trip she took on a plane where she ate Jollof rice.
She said when she got back to Lagos from Accra, she met her producer and explained her idea to him. Music producer, Killertunes had the beat ready which she loved and vibed to.
Rema who featured in the song heard the song and loved it. DJ Cuppy said to add some Bongo Flavor, she added Rayvanny from Tanzania.
DJ Cuppy recently released her first song, “Jollof on the Jet” off her debut album, “Original Copy” and it features Rema and Rayvanny.
