DJ Cuppy offers words of encouragement to Anthony Joshua after title loss
Nigerian DJ and billionaire daughter Dj Cuppy has shown her unwavering support for boxer Anthony Joshua following his IBF world title fight loss to Daniel Dubois.
Joshua’s pursuit of a third world heavyweight championship came to an end at Wembley Stadium, where Dubois dominated the fight and knocked him down.
Prior to the match, Dj Cuppy sent a heartfelt message of encouragement to Joshua, affectionately referring to him as “Bro Femo.”
After the defeat, Cuppy shared a snapshot from their video call, along with uplifting words: “VERY tough day at the office, but we STAY smiling. God’s plan is ALWAYS bigger! @AnthonyJoshua.”
Her gesture underscores her close friendship with Joshua and her unwavering support for him, even in difficult moments.

In other news, jockey, DJ Cuppy made history as the first Nigerian to host an opening session at the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).
Cuppy served as the moderator for the Youth Action Day at the 2024 UNGA, which was themed “The Summit of the Future – Youth Actions Day.”
In addition to her role as moderator, DJ Cuppy, daughter of Nigerian billionaire Femi Otedola, delivered a musical performance following her keynote speech. Her session marked the largest youth gathering in the history of the UN Headquarters.
