Nigerian music legends D’banj and Michael Collins Ajereh, famously known as Don Jazzy, have once again caught the spotlight as they were recently spotted together.
The reunion of these former business partners and founders of Mo’ Hits Records comes after years of separation following their controversial split.
Their friendship was first rekindled at colleague Ikechukwu’s wedding in 2021, marking a significant turning point in their relationship. In a new development that surfaced online on Thursday, May 2, 2024, D’banj and Don Jazzy thrilled fans by sharing photos of their reunion on their official Instagram pages.
In the heartwarming images, the duo is seen sharing broad smiles as they fist bump, radiating a sense of unity and brotherhood. Another photo captures the two musicians alongside Don Jazzy’s father, fondly referred to as Mavin Grandpa.
In his heartfelt caption accompanying the photos, the Koko Master likened his bond with Don Baba J to that of brothers. He expressed gratitude to Don Jazzy and Mavin Grandpa for their steadfast support since their journey together began in 2004.
