The popular street slang ‘E choke’ now has a special emoji on Twitter.
Davido is one of Nigeria’s top afrobeat forerunners and frontline created ‘E choke’ is one of the most popular slang around the world now.
He created the slang following the release of his third studio album titled ‘A Better Time’

A Better Time is Davido‘s second studio album, released on 13 November 2020 under DMW, RCA Records, and Sony Music.

in late last year, Davido created the slang E-choke, and since has gotten so much recognition and acceptance, various big names have used the slang, from Drake happily saying it to other footballers that have used it.
However, it has grown so big and turned a household slang in the entertainment and general scene.
