Afrobeats superstar Davido has once again proven his global appeal as his fifth studio album, 5ive, storms to the top of the UK Spotify album chart—marking a new milestone in his decorated career.
Released on April 18, 2025, 5ive wasted no time making waves, racking up an astonishing 15.03 million streams on Spotify within its first full day.
The album also earned the distinction of having the second-highest opening week ever on Spotify Nigeria, cementing Davido’s place as one of the genre’s leading powerhouses.
