Iyanya Expresses Optimism About Future Collaboration Between Wizkid, Davido, and Burna Boy
Nigerian singer Iyanya has shared his optimism about a future collaboration between music superstars Wizkid, Davido, and Burna Boy, believing that one day the three artists will come together to create a song.
Iyanya’s comments came after a recent podcast interview where Davido discussed the rivalry between him, Wizkid, and Burna Boy, pointing out that fans often fuel the tension, making collaboration difficult.
In response, Iyanya reposted a viral clip from the interview on his X (formerly Twitter) account, urging the trio to put aside their differences and focus on making music and “making money.”
“I believe one day we will get that collaboration between David, Wiz, and Burna,” Iyanya wrote. “Trolls trying to make money off trolling real hardworking brothers… It’s not easy to look away sometimes, especially when they come for someone or something so dear to your heart.”
Having worked with all three artists in the past, Iyanya expressed his hope that such a collaboration would eventually come to fruition. “Let’s make music and get money,” he added, emphasizing the importance of unity within the industry.
