Davido to be featured on Chris Brown’s next project
Nigerian superstar Davido is gearing up for another collaboration, this time with Chris Brown on the latter’s forthcoming project. Known for his advocacy of Afrobeats, Chris Brown recently showcased his affinity for the genre by welcoming Nigerian star Ayra Starr on his North American tour.
Today, on March 9, 2024, Chris Brown further solidified his ties to Afrobeats with the revelation of the tracklist for the deluxe edition of his critically acclaimed album, 11:11.
Fans worldwide rejoiced as the Angel Numbers singer enlisted Afrobeats megastar Davido for the project, marking their sixth collaboration to date.
Their creative partnership commenced in 2019 with the infectious hit “Blow My Mind,” which soared up the charts. Davido reciprocated the gesture later that year by featuring Chris Brown on his track, “Lower Body.” Their collaboration continued in 2020 with “Shopping Spree,” where they joined forces alongside Young Thug.
