Multiple award-winning artist David Adedeji Adeleke, known professionally as Davido has spoken about the phenomenal success of his fourth studio album, “Timeless.”
The DMW boss has shared his thoughts on how fans have reacted to his fourth studio album, “Timeless.”
The singer made this revelation in an interview with popular podcasted Adesope Adesoji backstage at his concert in the UK.
OBO admitted that he was surprised by the amount of support he was receiving from his fans because many of them had never previously engaged to his music so positively.

On all digital streaming platforms and charts throughout the world, “Timeless” has achieved new things and broken unbelievable records.
Davido has made history by becoming the first African musician to have an album debut at number one on the US iTunes charts with the “Timeless” project.
The only African albums to reach the top two on US iTunes are Davido’s “Timeless” and Burna Boy’s “Love, Damini,” but “Timeless” has now surpassed “Love, Damini” to become the highest-ranking African album on the US iTunes.
In addition, The 17-track album also made history by debuting all of its songs in the top 100 of the United Kingdom’s Apple Music top songs chart, making it the first and only afrobeats album to do so.
Following the release of the album, the global streaming giant, Spotify, said Davido’s music is most streamed in the United Kingdom, Canada, France and Nigeria.
