Davido performs songs from his upcoming album ‘5ive’ for fans in France
After lighting up New York with a preview of his forthcoming album, Davido took the party to France, where he brought serious energy to the stage at La Machine du Moulin Rouge in Paris.
Fans were treated to a powerful set that blended timeless classics with fresh, unreleased tracks from his upcoming fifth studio album, 5ive.
The five-time Grammy nominee didn’t hold back, giving Parisian fans an unforgettable night. Up next, Davido heads to London, where he’ll debut 5ive live for the first time in the UK, teasing what he’s described in a recent interview as his most hands-on project yet—one where he even took the reins on production for a few tracks.

With 5ive officially set to drop on April 18, Davido has already shared the official tracklist, and it’s packed with heavyweight features.
Nigerian talents like Omah Lay, Victony, OdumoduBlvck, and Chike (featured on the single “Fund”) make notable appearances, ensuring the album is deeply rooted in Afrobeats excellence.
But 5ive isn’t just a local affair—it’s a global experience. The album opens with “Awuke,” a dynamic collaboration with Jamaican star YG Marley, and continues the Caribbean vibe with contributions from Shensea and 450. R&B royalty Chris Brown, a longtime collaborator, also makes a return, alongside three-time Grammy winner Victoria Monét and Latin pop sensation Becky G.
South African hitmaker Musa Keys, who previously featured on the global hit “Unavailable” from Davido’s Timeless, is back on this project as well.
Rounding out the international roster are French music stars Dadju and Tayc, highlighting Davido’s intent to tap into diverse sounds and reach fans across multiple continents.
With a mix of cultures, genres, and global collaborators, 5ive is shaping up to be a bold statement from Davido—one that cements his place at the centre of the world stage.
