Popular Nigerian Singer, David Adeleke, a.k.a Davido has reacted to fan’s comparing him with Wizkid.
The ‘OBO‘ singer recently had a sold out concert at the London O2 Arena. A feat which only Wizkid has achieved amongst the numerous Nigerian and even African artistes.
Wizkid before now had enjoyed the monopoly of being the first African artist to record a sold out show since June 2018.
Since Davido’s feat, there has been a lot of comparison between him and the ‘Fever‘ singer. It got fans commenting on social media for days.
The ‘Fall‘ singer took to his Twitter page to respond to fans, he wrote:
“You all can stop arguing now, it is not about who did it first or who did it alone without help.
“We sha don do am Wetin you don do? ”
He has also in a recent video attributed his success in London O2 Arena concert to the inspiration from Wizkid who he described as a brother.
