Davido responds to Cubana Chiefpriest’s post on ‘no distraction’ amidst alleged beef with Teebillz.
Nigerian artist and DMW boss David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has responded to a post by businessman Cubana Chiefpriest on social media.
In Cubana Chiefpriest’s post on Monday, January 8, 2024, he emphasized the need for focus in the new year, stating that there is no room for distractions. He highlighted the collective goal of winning the Grammy with a caption that read, “My Inlaw, So Happy & Unavailable. 2024 Winners Talk To Winners Only. No Distractions. Eyes On The Grammy.”
It’s worth noting that Davido is among the Nigerian nominees for the 2024 Grammy Awards.
In response to Cubana Chiefpriest’s statement, where he referred to Davido as his “in-law” and mentioned his unavailability for distractions, Davido commented with “Twe Twe” in the Instagram post’s comment section.
Fans speculate that Davido’s brief comment might be an indirect response to Tee Billz’s recent criticisms and threats directed at him, addressing the ongoing public controversy surrounding his family.
