Nigerian Afrobeat Award-winning singer and performer David Adedeji Adeleke, popularly known as Davido has reacted to the claims that he requested $300,000 to perform in Kenya.
On the 29th of August 2022, The singer took to his social media page to react to the reports of him allegedly charging over three hundred thousand dollars to perform at a show in Kenya.
According to rumours, the artist demanded $300,000 to perform at an event in Kenya, which is why the show was postponed.

Davido had been swift to debunk the rumour with the ‘cap’ emoji, which symbolizes an exaggeration or lack of truth in the statement that he charges that amount.
In other news, The DMW boss has shocked fans with the revelation of what he did when he met Wizkid’s mother at the airport.
The singer revealed this while responding to a fan’s tweet about him and Big Wiz’s mom.
The fan who goe sby the username, @blaccmajek posted a picture of Davido and Wizkid’s Mother with the caption;
“Davido and Wizkid’s mum? This is so beautiful to see mahn”
Davido quoting the tweet revealed that Wizkid’s mom is an amazing woman. According to him, when he met her at the airport he helped carry her bags and she was even accorded respect.
