May D via his official Instagram account on October 18th shared a tweet that shared how his 2014 smash single, Ibadi, is going global.
According to the Twitter user by the name, World Publicist, the song is dominating the video-sharing app, Tik-Tok.

According to the tweet, Arabs, Europeans, and North Americans are all fans of the song and have even created a dance for the song.
Reacting to May D’s post, Davido wrote on his IG story that he is super proud of him and this achievement is “amazing to see”.
2021 has been a good year for the Nigerian Music Industry with songs like “Essence” by Wizkid and “Love Nwantiti” by Ckay breaking charts and earning certifications.
May D“s “Ibadi” seems to be heading for that same spot.
