A recent interview that Davido, a Nigerian singer who performs internationally, conducted with a little girl in America has gone viral and sparked strong feelings online.
Davido gave the young girl, whose name was Jazlyn, aka Jazzy, a Nigerian name in the viral video.
The Afrobeat crooner sparked even more debate by giving Jazzy the same name as his first daughter after comparing them and observing that both share key qualities and behavioural traits.
Jazzy discussed the development of Afrobeat and how it has now become a worldwide phenomenon with Davido throughout the conversation.
Jazzy acknowledged that Tems was currently her favourite Afrobeat musician.
