Davido took to his social media accounts recently to raise money from his friends and fans and ended up raising over 100M Naira in less than 24 hours.
It all started after Davido posted a video on Instagram urging his friends who refer to themselves as the 30 Billion Gang to send him a Million Naira each as he was tired of lifting up people.
He later shared his account details on Twitter, asking that his real fan send him something and within 10 Minutes, he raised up to 7 Million Naira from his fans.
He later took to his Instagram stories calling out his celebrity friends to send him money.

Zlatan was the first to respond, later, other celebrities like Mr Eazi, Patoranking, E-Money, Chike, Nengi and others started sending in their own contribution.
Even brands like Martell, Munch It, and Wema Bank joined the list of #1 million senders.
After 5 hours Davido shared an update via his IG-story that he has surpassed #100 Million and is now going up to 200 Million Naira.
Davido had earlier revealed that the goal for the 100 million is to clear his new Rolls Royce from the port.
Later, he revealed via Twitter that he had acquired over 114, 053, 067 Naira, more than the 100 Million Naira limit he set.
