Davido gifts N5 million to furniture makers
Afrobeat singer Davido has generously gifted N5 million to a furniture-making firm in Imo State after they honored him and his wife, Chioma, with specially decorated chairs for their traditional wedding.
The furniture makers went viral online after sharing a heartwarming video unveiling the chairs and praying for Davido and Chioma in Igbo. The video caught Davido’s attention, prompting him to repost it on his Instagram story and reward the firm with N5 million.
Following this, the grateful furniture makers expressed their appreciation, affectionately referring to Davido as their in-law. The elated CEO promised to distribute the money among his workers and noted that Davido’s recognition has also created more job opportunities for their business.

Recall, Davido expressed gratitude to Nigerians for making his wedding day magical and stated that love prevailed in the end.
Still basking in the afterglow of his luxurious wedding with Chioma on June 25, 2024, in Lagos, the DMW boss took to his Instagram page to share a photo from his private jet.
He appreciated Nigerians, noting that they made the wedding day a magical one. Additionally, he remarked that love won in the end.
