Davido has framed a photo of himself with Obama DMW, his late friend and associate who died in June.
On Wednesday, August 25th, 2021, Davido released a picture of the frame with the popular image of himself and the late Obama DMW via his Instagram stories.
Obama DMW died on June 29th, shortly after complaining of chest trouble and driving himself to the hospital. The late music executive was a dear friend and a key figure in his DMW record label.
Davido took Obama’s death hard and withdrew from social media for a period. He was only photographed or videotaped while he was eulogising his late companion.

Sharing the image he just had framed for Obama DMW in his house, Davido wrote on his Instagram stories, “Water run for my eyes 44 mafo”.
