Davido has expressed his pride in his artist Liya after her debut EP debuted in the top 5 of Nigeria Apple Music’s top albums, stating that patience is a virtue.
Liya who is seen as the first lady of DMW Label recently released her debut EP titled “Alari” in the early hours of today and already, it peaked at the top 5 on Nigeria’s Apple Music top albums.
Davido, who appears overjoyed that Liya’s EP made it to the top 5 on Nigeria’s Apple Music top albums, couldn’t stop himself from expressing his pride in her for listening to him when he asked her to be patient.
According to Davido, patience is a virtue, as he has always told her.
Liya’s debut EP is already making waves in Nigeria and will most likely take over Nigeria and some other countries very soon.

The DMW Label Boss signed Liya in 2020 but she never released back-to-back songs like some other DMW artists, only releasing her first song, “Melo” under the label in December of the same year.
