Davido hints at what he will do for the young artist who covered “Electricity”
Young artist Boi Chase has had his talent recognised by David Adeleke, better known by his stage as Davido.
The DMW chairman was impressed by the up-and-coming singer’s cover video of Rema’s version of Davido and Pheelz’s popular song, “Electricity.”
Davido, upon seeing the video, admitted how amazing he is and stated that he has found someone notable to assist.
Earlier this year, in an interview with Miss Becks, he disclosed his intention to bring new artists under the DMW banner in 2022.
Sharing a video of Chase singing a remix of Electricity, Davido wrote; ‘‘Ok @callmeboichase think I’ve found A GUY ????????”

So far, the award-winning singer has only announced African acts to perform with him during the events. The bill acts include Kizz Daniel, Wande Coal, Lojay, Pheelz, Oxlade, BNXN (Buju), Focalistic, Victony, and DJ ECool.
