‘Show me your papa car in one hour’ – Davido slams troll over private jet comment
Afrobeats superstar Davido has once again made headlines, this time for delivering a scathing response to a social media troll who mocked his family’s ownership of a private jet.
The drama unfolded on X (formerly Twitter) after a user attempted to downplay the singer’s wealthy background, alleging that Davido’s family shared ownership of a private jet with multiple relatives.
“Private jet wey na 7 family own am,” the user wrote, in a bid to taunt the Feel hitmaker.
Not one to shy away from online confrontation, Davido fired back with a fiery ultimatum:
“I GIVE YOU 1 hr … show me ur papa car … 1..2..3 go! One hour and you go show proof … paper work… ur mouth go finish today!! You are the most useless child any parent can have… if you no show that car in one hour, you be bastard,” he declared.
The sharp response quickly went viral, triggering a wave of reactions from fans and critics alike. While some praised Davido for standing his ground and defending his family, others felt the tone of his reply was overly aggressive.
