Davido weds Chioma in Miami, calls her ‘my peace, my home’
Afrobeats superstar David Adeleke, better known as Davido, officially sealed his union with Chioma Rowland on Sunday in a glamorous white wedding held in Miami, USA.
The celebration followed their traditional marriage in Lagos in June 2024 and their court wedding in March 2023.
During his heartfelt speech, Davido struggled to hide his emotions as he poured out his love for Chioma, calling her his “love, peace, and home.”
“Chioma, I’ve been on countless stages, but I have never been this nervous. You are my love, my peace, my home. You entered my life quietly, yet became the loudest and most beautiful part of it. You saw the real me, the me the world doesn’t see, and you still chose me,” he said.
The lavish Miami event drew an impressive guest list, including family members, close friends, prominent political leaders, influential business moguls, and renowned entertainment figures from Nigeria and across the globe.
