Nigerian Singer, David Adeleke better known as Davido is starting the new year on a good note as he recently announced he is opening his new house.
Davido took to Twitter on the 6th of January to announce that he would be opening his new house today.
Recall that in 2021, the singer acquired a luxurious mansion in Banana Island.
Fans were stunned when the American-born Nigerian shared photos of his Banana Island Mansion which reportedly costs $1.5 million.
He named the mansion after Giuliano De Medici. The house has all of the most up-to-date architectural designs and blueprints.
The house has ten apartments, eight magnificent bedrooms, terrace apartments, and two roof-top penthouse lofts.
It also has three parking garages, a cinema, and a huge swimming pool.
It was reported in December that the singer had moved into the house and now he is hosting a house warming party for friends today.

Announcing the news on Twitter he wrote;
I open my new house today !! 2022 ALL BLESSINGS AMEN !!
To confirm it was the same house, he also posted the tweet on his Instagram story while tagging Banana Island as the address.
