Crayon confirms release date for new single, ‘Fade Away’
Nigerian singer and Mavins signee, Charles Chibueze Chukwu, popularly known as Crayon, has unveiled the release date for his highly anticipated single, “Fade Away.”
Following the teaser snippet he shared on February 2, 2024, Crayon, affectionately known as Cray Way, took to social media to announce the official release date for the single. Alongside this announcement, he also treated fans to a one-minute dance video set to the song.
With his previous hit single “Ngozi” amassing over 30 million views, Crayon has generated significant excitement for his new release. Fans can mark their calendars as “Fade Away” is set to drop on February 16, 2024.

Recall, Mp3bullet reported that Crayon shared that his debut album, ‘Trench to Triumph,’ is a reflection of his real-life experiences.
Crayon revealed that his mother earned a living by selling fruits in Orile, Lagos State, and that they lived in a densely populated apartment with nine people sharing a single room.
The 23-year-old artist explained that ‘Trench To Triumph‘ narrates his journey from living in challenging conditions in the ghetto with his family to achieving success and getting signed by music executive Don Jazzy.
In a recent interview with Glitch Africa, the ‘Ngozi‘ crooner expressed his happiness about life, emphasizing that everything is now good and amazing for him. The album serves as a testament to his personal growth and journey from humble beginnings to musical success.
