Talented Nigerian singer, songwriter, and record producer, Chukwuka Ekweani, popularly known as CKay, has joined the Boomplay Golden Club after surpassing over 100 million streams on the platform.
Ckay has joined Fireboy DML, Burna Boy, Joeboy, and Olamide in the Boomplay Golden Club, which has over 100 million streams on the platform.
In February 2021, the Afropop sensation released the “Boyfriend” EP which has surpassed 7.8 MILLION Streams on Boomplay, while his most recent song, Emiliana, is his most-streamed single, with 30 million streams.
According to an in-depth analysis of data, Ckay music has been included in 3,549 playlists and is now being listened to in over 120 countries worldwide on Boomplay.

The emo-afrobeats singer, who recently became the second most-streamed Afrobeats act after accumulating more than 1.2 billion streams across the board on his “Love Nwantiti” is not slowing down as he continues to reach new heights.
With his global breakthrough songs “Love Nwantiti “Ah Ah Ah” and “Emiliana” gaining several certifications around the world and being the first African artist to achieve 30 million monthly Spotify listeners, the Warner Records signee seemed to have accomplished a lot in the past year.
