Nigerian artist, CKay has been given yet another badge of honour, with his nomination for the 2022 BRIT Awards on the new list announced recently.
Love Nwantiti by CKay has been nominated for a BRIT Award in the Best International Song of the Year category for 2022.
On Sunday, December 19th, 2021, he announced it on his Twitter page.
With his 2019 single, Love Nwantiti, achieving global exposure on a large scale this year, CKay has been one of the outstanding talents of 2021.
The song has broken numerous records and has earned the artist more nominations for awards such as the BRIT Awards.
With this song, Love Nwantiti, CKay has been nominated for Best International Song of the Year at the 2022 BRIT Awards.

He becomes the second Nigerian artist to be nominated for a BRIT Award with Burna boy being first, being nominated for Best International Act in 2020 and 2021.
Other artists nominated in the same category include The Weeknd, Olivia Rodrigo, Lil Nas X, Billie Eilish, Doja Cat, and Drake.
