American R’n’B singer, Chris Brown has been slammed with a lawsuit of over $1 Million by his former maid who claims the singer’s dog attacked her.
In April, it was reported that Chris Brown was being sued when Patricia Avila, a lady who allegedly cleaned his Tarzana mansion alongside her sister, said that the singer’s dog, a Caucasian Shepherd, assaulted her in Chris’ backyard.
According to court documents obtained by Radar Online, the dog in question escaped into the yard and bit Avila in the face. Avila, on the other hand, stated that her sister had sustained serious injuries and was discovered covered in blood while sobbing and pleading for help.
In the report, it was the singer who allegedly called the authorities for assistance before Avila’s sister was quickly taken to the hospital.
She reportedly “underwent multiple surgeries.” Although Avila did not suffer injuries, she stated in court documents that she has lived with severe PTSD and anxiety.
According to The Sun, Patricia Avila filed a “statement of damages” with the Los Angeles County Courts.

In recent documents, Avila and her sister are seeking more than $1 million in damages – alleging that the sister suffered huge wounds to her face.
She stated the amount she claims Chris, 32, owes her sister after his dog allegedly attacked her in the face at his Tarzana, California, home.
Patricia says that she is owed $1,000 for “medical expenditures” in her filing.
She also claims she is due $24,000 in “lost earnings” because she was unable to work while recovering from her injuries.
Patricia argues Chris should pay the $1 million to address “emotional distress.”
The lawsuit is the most recent in a long-running dispute between the two parties.
Patricia filed the action on behalf of her sister, Maria, who she alleges was assaulted “viciously” by the singer’s Caucasian Shepherd Ovcharka.
