Chris Brown responds to Rema talking about him in an interview.
Remarks made about him by the Nigerian phenomenal singer, songwriter, and performer Rema have prompted a response from American superstar Chris Brown.
In a recent interview, the Mavin Records/Jonzing World signee praised the performance and explained how they recorded the song “Time N’ Affection,” which features the Grammy Award-winning singer, composer, and performer.
Rema claimed that a friend took him to Chris Brown’s home where he first met the pop sensation, whom he characterised as a nice person. They got along right away and performed unheard music for one another.
Rema made it known that he played the song “Time n’ Affection” for Chris, which he loved and decided to jump on.

Reacting to the interview, Chris Brown took to his Instagram story to thank Rema for his kind words, adding that the Nigerian singer is truly gifted and also humble.
‘Time N Affection is the sixth song off Rema’s album, ‘Rave & Roses‘, the song was produced by London, 1Mind and Jaegen.

Meanwhile, Fireboy DML and Rema have received recognition and acclaim from the RIAA, America’s music certification body, for their accomplishments in 2022.
The musicians were listed among the artists in the RIAA class of 2022, which is a list of those who were awarded their first gold or platinum certifications in the US in that year.
With the success of his single “Calm Down,” taken from his debut album “Rave & Roses,” Rema won his first gold certification in the US.
With his massive global hit “Peru,” Fireboy DML also won his first gold certification in the US. Both musicians are the only Nigerians in the class of 2022 of the music certification body.
