    Premier League giants Chelsea FC have unveiled a new shirt sponsorship agreement with luxury Dubai-based real estate developer DAMAC Properties, ending months of speculation over the club’s commercial direction.

    After going through most of the 2024/25 season without a primary front-of-shirt sponsor—following the end of their deal with Infinite Athlete last summer—Chelsea have now confirmed that DAMAC’s logo will adorn the front of their jerseys for the remainder of the campaign.

    The new partnership kicks off officially during Chelsea’s UEFA Conference League semi-final clash against Swedish side Djurgarden on Thursday.

    While Chelsea had been holding out for a lucrative long-term deal—hoping Champions League qualification would help command a higher sponsorship fee—the club has opted for a short-term commercial solution with DAMAC. Chelsea currently sit fifth in the Premier League, a position that could secure a Champions League spot under the revised format.

    Beyond the on-pitch sponsorship, the collaboration extends to an ambitious real estate venture titled Chelsea Residences by DAMAC—a club-themed property development based in Dubai. This project aims to merge the world of luxury real estate and football branding in a first-of-its-kind initiative.

    Speaking on the development, Chelsea’s President and Chief Operating Officer, Jason Gannon, said:
    “DAMAC are world renowned in building luxury properties, and we are thrilled to be working with the industry leader to bring to market a first-of-its-kind branded Chelsea FC residence in Dubai. With the club located in the heart of London, the collaboration will bring Chelsea to life in Dubai, support our continued growth on the global stage.     This new venture marks a significant step in Chelsea’s global brand expansion and provides a much-needed financial boost as the club continues its pursuit of success both on and off the pitch.
