Celebrities and fans of American rapper, Cardi B have taken to various social media platforms to celebrate her for winning a Grammy.
The rapper on Sunday night bagged the award for best rap album of the year, becoming the first solo female rapper to win the category.
Cardi with her ‘Invasion of Privacy’ album benched the likes of Travis Scott, Mac Miller, Pusha T, Nipsey Hussle, to win the award.
The ‘Drip‘ rapper also shared the award with Mac Miller.
Mac Miller was also nominated in the same Best Rap Album category but died in 2018.
Rappers, Remy Ma and Lil Kim championed the celebrations, among other fans.
Lil Kim wrote: “Thank U Jesus! Look at God. Congratulations boo @iamcardib you deserve it! So happy for you.
Remy Ma tweeted, “Yes Cardi B congratulation babes.”
Iggy Azalea wrote, “Woah Cardi B won! Super happy to see a female rapper win a Grammy, you dominated 2018 girl.”
