Burna Boy’s album, ‘I Told Them’ extends his record on the UK charts.
Burna Boy has further solidified his position as a prominent Nigerian artist on the UK albums chart with his 2023 project, ‘I Told Them.’
The singer has extended his own record as the artist with the longest consecutive presence on the UK album chart, as his 2023 album ‘I Told Them‘ marked its 13th week on the chart.
Achieving a significant milestone, Burna Boy now holds the record for the Nigerian artist with the longest duration of an album on the UK Albums Chart.
Notably, his widely acclaimed album, ‘Love Damini,’ holds the top spot for the longest number of weeks on the chart, with ‘I Told Them’ securing the second position.
This remarkable accomplishment underscores Burna Boy’s stature in the United Kingdom, where he recently announced a live performance at the London Stadium on June 24, 2023.
It’s noteworthy that Burna Boy remains the first and only Nigerian artist to not have reached the number one position on the UK album chart.
