Burna Boy Teases Mini-Documentary About Port-Harcourt People

Burna Boy previews a mini-documentary on the people of Port-Harcourt.
Burna Boy, whose real name is Damini Ogulu, will soon release a short documentary titled “whiskey” that will tell the tale of residents of his community, Port-Harcourt.
Burna Boy, who recently released his eagerly awaited album “Love, Damini,” a silky-smooth combination of Afrobeats, dancehall, and R&B with 19 tracks and appearances by Ed Sheeran, J. Balvin, Popcaan, J. Hus, Khalid, Kehlani, Blxst, Ladysmith Black Mambazo, and Victony, is set to drop a video for one of the songs.
The artist intends to release the music video for one of the album’s tracks, “Whiskey,” which is a song that describes the lives of most of his people in Port-Harcourt, in order to continue promoting the project.
Burna Boy opted to produce a mini-documentary as the song’s visual accompaniment in keeping with the song’s premise, which depicts the appalling living conditions of people in his native Nigerian city of Port-Harcourt.
He revealed on Instagram that the documentary will be released on Thursday, December 8, 2022.

Meanwhile, Celebrities from around the world graced the 2022 British Fashion Awards red carpet at the Royal Albert Hall, in London on Monday.
Burna Boy wasn’t left out as he dazzled in a full Burberry black suit.
Speaking with a presenter, he was asked to drop a sentence for his nine-year-old self.
Responding, Burna Boy asked his younger self not to get into many fights so his hands will not be messed up.
“Boy, don’t get into many fights ’cause your hands will be messed up,” Burna Boy said.
When asked if his hands are still messed up, Burna Boy said yes.
