    Burna Boy reacts as Sauti Sol receive Grammy certification for “Twice as Tall”

    Kenyan afro-pop band, Sauti Sol have finally received their certification for their participation on Burna Boy’s Grammy-winning album, “Twice as Tall“

    On the 11th of October, Sauti Sol took to their Instagram to post a picture of the certification they received from Grammy.

    They were awarded the certification as being part of the production squad for Burna Boy’s Grammy award-winning album, “Twice as Tall“.

    Sauti Sol was part of the artists featured on “Twice as Tall” on the song, “Times Flies” which they also co-produced alongside Andre Harris and Hassan Jokolo.

    Burna Boy reacting to the news on Twitter hailed them as his brothers and stated that they deserved it.

    “Well deserved my brothers”

    Burna Boy released “Twice as Tall” in 2020 and the 16-tracks project featured guest appearances from Youssou N’Dour, Naughty by Nature, Sauti Sol, Chris Martin and Stormzy.

    The album had Diddy and Mama Burna Bose Ogulu serving as the record’s executive producers.

    At the beginning of 2021, the album earned Burna his first Grammy award.
