Burna Boy honours late Indian friend Sidhu Moose Wala with a custom pendant
Burna Boy, a Nigerian singer known for his Afrobeat music, made a pendant honoring his late friend Sidhu Moose Wala, a Punjabi musician who passed away in 2022.
The Punjabi rapper, who is credited with introducing rap to rural areas, was fatally murdered on May 29 when unidentified assailants ambushed his automobile.
In addition to working together in the entertainment sector, Burna Boy and Sidhu Moose Wala had a strong connection.
The self-described African Giant collaborated with Indian vocalist Steel Banglez on Sidhu’s posthumous song, “Mera Na.”
Burna Boy, who was previously known for wearing a pendant depicting the face of Jesus, has lately switched to one that depicts Sidhu in honor of the memories they shared.
It is important to note that the Delhi Police have detained three additional suspects in relation to the shooting death of the musician, who was shot 24 times.
