Burna Boy Makes History As He Becomes The Only Nigerian Act To Amass Over 1 Billion Streams On All 5 Major DSPs
Grammy-winning singer, Burna Boy, has become the first Nigerian music act to amass over one billion streams on the five major digital music streaming platforms, Boomplay, Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube and Audiomack.
This comes, following this record smash on his Boomplay account and the release of his seventh studio album, I Told Them.
Boomplay is the largest digital music streaming platform in Africa. It was launched in 2015.
The ‘African Giant’ is also the most followed artiste on the platform with over 600,000 followers.
