Burna Boy’s highly anticipated stop in Orlando took an unexpected turn on Wednesday night, as his concert at the Kia Center was abruptly canceled just hours before showtime.

Fans heading to Ticketmaster for last-minute details were instead met with a stark notice: the event had been called off by the organizers.
The show, part of Burna Boy’s ongoing No Sign of Weakness world tour, was slated for December 10, 2025, and was supposed to fill the 20,000-capacity arena with Afrobeats energy.
Ticketmaster quickly moved into damage-control mode, assuring ticket holders that refunds would be issued automatically.
Payments, they said, would be returned to the original purchase method once the event organizer released the funds, a process expected to take between 14 and 21 days. For those who had received transferred tickets, the money would still return to the original buyer.
What set off the last-minute cancellation? As of now, Burna Boy’s team and the tour promoters have remained completely silent, not explain the sudden decision.
The Orlando news, however, arrives on the heels of a turbulent run in the United States. Earlier dates in Minneapolis and Chicago were also scrapped, prompting a wave of speculation online.
Conversations across social media grew louder after some outlets tied the cancellations to sluggish ticket sales and increasing scrutiny following a tense moment at a recent Colorado show.
In that incident, Burna Boy was captured on video removing a fan from the front row—an encounter that sparked backlash once the fan shared she had been grieving a personal loss.
Still, despite the Orlando setback and the chatter surrounding it, the rest of the No Sign of Weakness tour remains intact for now. Other cities on the itinerary are still listed as scheduled, with no further changes announced at the time of writing.
Fans are watching closely—and hoping the remaining shows stay on track.
