Burna Boy states he wanted to be his own superhero and it inspired his name
On “The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon,” Burna Boy appeared as a guest and talked about his hit song “Last Last,” his most recent album, “Love, Damini,” and how he came up with the stage name “Burna Boy.”
Ed Sheeran, who appeared on the song “For My Hand” from the album “Love, Damini,” was praised by the Grammy Award winner as wonderful.
Burna Boy said, “He is like one of my favourite people in the world.” He continued by saying that Ed Sheeran had a secret weapon because he could play the guitar, which assisted their creative process.
The singer whose real name is Damini Ogulu claimed that he enjoys creating comic books and that superheroes like Spider-Man and Superman were the source of his inspiration.

He said that he wanted to have his own superhero that would be in his image as a superhero. In getting a name for himself as a superhero, the ‘Dangote’ crooner stated all he could think of was ‘Burna Boy.’
He also disclosed that he started music at two because he could always make music and find his way around music.
During the interview which would be his second time at the show, he taught Jimmy Fallon his iconic Afro Moonwalk Dance Move.
