Nigerian Singer, Brymo has disclosed that legendary musician 2baba is yet to take him to court after he refused to tender a public apology.
Recall, 2baba previously threatened to sue Brymo for $1 billion in defamation over his accusatory tweets on Twitter unless the singer apologised within 48 hours.
Brymo had publicly chastised the “African Queen” crooner for sending thugs to assault him in 2012. According to him, 2baba unjustly accused him of sleeping with his wife, Annie Idibia.

Brymo took to Twitter on October 14th to announce that he had not been brought to court by the veteran singer.
He claims that he has yet to receive any official correspondence or court summons from 2baba or his lawyers.
