BNXN indirectly says Davido doesn’t know music
Nigerian singer Daniel Benson, popularly referred to as BNXN, has thrown shade at his senior colleague Davido.
In response to a netizen who called him “mid,” BNXN, fka Buju, remarked that the man had no business speaking about music because he is a Davido fan.
Everything began when BNXN was described as a mid-tier artist in the Nigerian music industry by an X user going by his Twitter handle Ola.
This did not sit well with BNXN, who responded to Ola’s description of him as a mid atiste right away.
In response, BNXN called the fan a moron and stated that, because of his favorite, he had no moral authority to discuss music.
Ola is an ardent follower of Davido, the Grammy-nominated performer, as was verified by a cursory glance at his Facebook.
BXNX concluded by claiming that Davido had no musical knowledge.
Recall that ‘Sincerely Benson’, BNXN’s debut project, has reportedly been on the Apple Music Top 10 charts for 14 weeks, according to an album PR page.
It wrote; “.@BNXN’s “Sincerely, Benson” has now spent 14 WEEKS in the NG Apple Top 10.”
The “Gwagwalada” crooner expressed his gratitude for the accomplishment and made a suggestion that he can utilize it as the lyrics to a song on Twitter.
“It’s been 14 weeks and I ain’t dropped shit!”, BNXN wrote.
