Blaqbonez drops update about his upcoming album, ‘Emeka Must Shine’
Rapper Blaqbonez from Chocolate City recently released an update about his next album, “Emeka Must Shine,” that fans might find a little sad.
Blaqbonez has suggested that he might need to postpone the release of Emeka Must Shine, one of the most eagerly awaited albums of 2023, so fans may just have to wait a bit longer.
The Grammy Award-winning rapper announced new updates about the status of the project in a post on his social media platform today, September 28, 2023. He said that in order to give it his all and release a project that the public wants, he might have to slightly move the release date.
He confirmed, however, that the project’s recording was complete. The album’s release date was originally set for Friday, October 13, 2023 by Blaqbonez; the most recent update might just denote a few weeks beyond that date.
His post on the social media platform X read, “finished recording emeka must shine last night, and I’ve never been this excited to drop, this time I’m giving the people what the PEOPLE want, also don’t be too mad if i move the date a little (very little).”
