The Nigerian rapper, Blaqbonez, knows how to make a statement and draw the attention of music lovers, but several years ago, he hailed the singer, Asake.
An old tweet from prolific rapper Blaqbonez about rising singer Asake has resurfaced on the popular social media platform, Twitter.
Recall, In an August 2016 tweet, the rapper was seen reflecting on Asake’s talent.
Blaqbonez had stated;
“The greatest performer in our music industry is in oau, his name is Asake What i saw was unbelievable, thirty minutes of Greatness argghhhh”

Six years later, the social media post piqued the interest of Asake, who rose to fame in 2022 with his hit single, ‘Omo Ope.’
In response to the post, he stated that he had been involved in music long before his fame.
