The singer’s “Soja” tops Ghana’s Apple Music Charts.
Talented Ghanaian musician Mohammed Ismail Sherif Kwaku Frimpong, professionally known as Black Sherif, has made his debut on the Billboard Afrobeats Charts with his recent banger “Soja.”
On Friday, September 22, 2022, the gifted Ghanaian rapper released the incredible song “Soja,” track 1 from his debut album “The Villain I Never Was.”
‘Soja’ debuted on Apple Music Top 100 Charts in several countries across the globe within 24 hours of its release and is currently topping Ghana’s Apple Music Charts.

Interestingly, the song has again made its debut on the Billboard Afrobeats chart. ‘Soja’ has peaked at the 23rd position on the music chart sandwiched between Nigerian Burna Boy’s ‘Ye’ and Asake’s ‘Ototo’.
On Thursday, March 30, 2022, Black Sherif made his debut on Billboard with a feature on the song “Always” by British-based Nigerian artist Darkoo, on the platform for international music charting, “Always” peaked at No. 34.
