Black Sherif Announces Sophomore Album ‘Iron Boy,’ Sets Release Date

Ghanaian music star Black Sherif has officially set the stage for his highly anticipated sophomore album, Iron Boy, which is slated for release on April 3, 2025.
Following the massive success of his debut project, The Villain I Never Was, fans have been eagerly awaiting his next musical chapter.

This new album will feature 15 tracks, including three lead singles and an exciting collaboration with Nigerian Afrobeats star Fireboy DML.
Renowned for his raw storytelling, emotionally charged lyrics, and seamless blend of highlife, drill, and Afrobeats, Black Sherif continues to push creative boundaries.
While the full tracklist remains under wraps, expectations are sky-high, given his recent streak of chart-topping releases.

Ahead of its release, Iron Boy has already made history—becoming the first album to top Ghana’s Apple Music charts while still in pre-order mode. This groundbreaking feat underscores the immense anticipation surrounding the project.
Adding to the excitement, Black Sherif has also unveiled plans for the Iron Boy Tour, which will take him across North America in April 2025. The tour will kick off on April 4 and make stops in Washington, DC; Boston; New York; Chicago; Los Angeles; and Toronto before wrapping up on April 17.
