M.anifest claims Black Sherif is a rapper with melody.
Ghanaian artist Kwame Ametepee Tsikata, known professionally as M.anifest has complemented the talent and adaptability of his younger colleague Black Sherif in an interview with Graphic Showbiz.
Further, the rapper asserted that due to Ghana’s impressive pool of upcoming rappers, the country’s rap scene would continue to expand and thrive in the future.
Young rap musicians, in his opinion, have demonstrated the outstanding potential that can spur action.
He predicted that, given the right conditions and opportunities, these rappers would achieve amazing success both domestically and abroad.
According to M.anifest, these rappers demand the most support and fervour possible, both of which are lacking in the Ghanaian music industry, in order to become unstoppable contenders who will compete against the rest of the world.
“Are there rappers that are coming up? Definitely, and some of them are scary good. I think the new era of rappers are going to be better than us because they have interacted with the globe in a different way.
“And also, just as we have been fortunate to build off the shoulders of the Obrafours and the likes, I think there is going to be a new crop of rappers who are going to be out of this world.
I mean, look at Black Sherif, are you kidding? That is a rapper with a melody, and they are taking it to the next level,” M.anifest said.
