Candy Bleakz set to release 8-track EP ‘Better Days’
Nigerian artist Candy Bleakz is set to drop her highly anticipated eight-track EP on March 22, 2024.
Originally starting out as a member of the now-disbanded indigenous Yoruba hip-hop group, Street Billionaires, Candy Bleakz, stood out as the sole female member. Her breakthrough single ‘Tikuku’ secured her a landmark position as the first and only female artist featured on the inaugural issue of Turntable’s “Street Pop Singles” chart.
The upcoming EP from this street pop sensation, rapper, and songwriter, who is currently signed to Chocolate City Music, promises to be a dynamic showcase of her talent. Notably, her recent hit single ‘Wale,’ featuring Afrobeat sensation Simi, will be featured on the EP.
Having previously collaborated with top producer Rexxie on her last EP, Candy Bleakz continues to ascend in her career. Moreover, she has graced the cover of Apple Music Africa’s March edition, marking her as the inaugural cover star for 2024.
