    Sensational Nigerian singer and songwriter Abimbola Oladokun, popularly known as Bayanni, has earned a gold certification in Denmark with his smash tune ‘Ta Ta Ta.’

    With the captivating Afrobeats blockbuster, the New Artist under his Marvin Records imprint received his first professional certification on a worldwide level.

    The Mavin Records rookie’s self-titled debut EP, which has the four songs “Family,” “Body,” “Ta Ta Ta,” and “Kala,” was released in August 2022.

    The buzzing song’s remix, which the Afrobeat phenomenon recently created with well-known American singer, songwriter, and dancer Jason Derulo, helped the song gain further international recognition.

    According to an update on the event, Bayanni has now received a gold certification in Denmark after selling more than 45,000 units of the original “Ta Ta Ta” in the European country.

    It is the 6th Afrobeats song and he’s the 5th Nigerian artist to achieve this milestone.

    ‘Ta Ta Ta‘ by Bayanni makes a second appearance on the Billboard U.S. Afrobeats Songs chart this week at position #43 on the chart. It peaked at #13 and has now lasted 18 weeks that aren’t consecutive on the chart, breaking his previous record for the longest-running single.
